Established in 2010, Shenzhen Benton Technology Limited is a professional manufacturer specialized in producing various kinds of Tablet PC, MP3, MP4, VR Glasses, Smart wearable devices, Power bank, Wireless chargers, etc.
With years of development, Benton now owns 200 workers, 4 product lines and 2000 square meters of plant, which enable to produce 5K pieces of items per day.

"Adtrip", "BOTN" and "Benton" are our own brands. But we provide OEM/ODM service as well.

We have established good business relationship with INTEL, ALLWINNER, ROCKCHIP, MEDIA TEK, ACTION, etc.

Our products have received CE, RoHS, FCC and other related certificates.

Our R&D team consists of 10 staff with 5-year experience in average. All share the common conception for innovative design with open mind. We can fulfill customer's special OEM & ODM orders with short design lead time, fast test and rapid launch into the market.

In our quality department, there are 30 QC people, there are three branches, IQC, PQC, QA, IQC are people controlling the quality for material, PQC are people controlling the quality in the production, and QA are people controlling the quality for finished product. By this system, we can control the quality in the better way.

We have 10 people that are in charge of the after-sales service of the products. Meanwhile, they also report feedbacks from customers to the control center, so as to constantly improve the quality of our products.

1. Warranty period: 1 year for device or player, 3 months for accessory.
2. During warranty period, we will provide free software support, e.g. Corresponding software, upgrade training etc.
3. During warranty period, if customer has ability to repair, we will provide to him spare parts for free after we get the defective spare parts from customer.
Please notice; the warranty doesn't include external damages.
For guaranteed products, if customer wants to send them back for repair, customer has to contact us first to get authorization. Benton will provide to him the right address for return delivery.
a) Defective rate <5%, customer has to bear the return freight and Benton will pay the shipping cost after repaired.
b) Defective rate >5%, Benton will bear return and re-shipping cost. Customer has to pay the shipment charge to us, and Benton will refund it to him in future.
4. For used/returned products, Benton will focus on device & button function. If the customer wants us to refurbish the products, cost is extra like plastic casing, etc: three quarters of the purchasing cost price per item. It doesn't include any personal damage.
5. We will provide 1% of spare parts like screen, touch panel, battery, casing, speaker, camera, etc, if order is over 1000 pieces/model, and if the price is based on latest quotation. This term doesn't include any discount and can't be applied to promotion products.
